Who Controls Your Data

What We Collect

• Details you give us — your name, email, phone number, and the information you provide when ordering a service, chatting with Charlie, or applying to join as a professional
• Service information — details needed to complete the service you've bought, such as information for a benefits application
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details

How We Use It

• To deliver the service you've asked for — this is the only reason we ask for your details
• To reply to your messages and applications
• To meet legal obligations, such as keeping accounting records

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or send marketing you haven't asked for.

Chatting with Charlie

Conversations with Charlie are processed by Anthropic's Claude AI to generate replies. Don't share more personal information in the chat than is needed for your question. If you order a done-for-you service, the details you provide are sent securely to our admin team to complete your order.

Sensitive Information

Some services involve sensitive information — health details for a PIP application, for example. We only use this to complete the service you've requested, we keep it secure, and we don't share it with anyone except the government body the application is for, with your knowledge.

How Long We Keep It

We keep order information for as long as needed to deliver your service and meet legal record-keeping requirements (typically six years for financial records). You can ask us to delete your information at any time — we'll do so unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct or delete it
• Object to or restrict how we use it
• Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you're unhappy with how we've handled your data
