What We Do

We provide guidance, information, and document preparation services to help people navigate UK government services. This includes help with benefits applications and housing applications. We also connect clients with independent professionals through our directory, and offer practical home services such as same-day laundry collection and return.

We are not a law firm, accountancy practice, or regulated financial adviser. We provide guidance and practical assistance — not legal, financial, or tax advice. For formal advice in these areas, please consult a qualified solicitor, accountant, or financial adviser.

Our Services

When you purchase a service from us, we will:

• Provide the service described within 24–48 hours of receiving full payment and all required information
• Deliver completed work to the email address you provide
• Keep your information secure and use it only to provide the service you've paid for

Directory Professionals

Professionals listed in the WJS directory are independent businesses, not employees of Wise Journey Support Ltd. We vet professionals before listing them, but each job is a contract between you and the professional. Quotes, scheduling, and workmanship are agreed between you and them.

Payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Concession pricing is available to people receiving means-tested benefits — by using a concession price, you confirm you are currently receiving a qualifying benefit.

Refund Policy

We offer a full refund if:

• We are unable to complete your service
• You request a refund before we begin work on your order
• The work delivered contains a material error on our part

Refunds are not available once work has been completed and delivered, except where there is a material error. To request a refund, contact admin@wjsstyle.com within 14 days of purchase.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information when requested
• Ensuring you have the right to act on behalf of any third party you provide information about
• Reviewing completed documents before submitting them to any government body
• Making the final decision on whether to submit any application or document we prepare

Limitation of Liability

Wise Journey Support Ltd is not responsible for decisions made by DWP, local councils, or any other government body in response to applications we help you prepare. We cannot guarantee the outcome of any application, appeal, or government process.

Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.

Intellectual Property
